This model fulfils the most demanding requirements of professional kitchens in hotels and restaurants – while also saving costs. Using innovative technologies, the dishwashing equipment specialists at HOBART have improved usability and wash results with further reductions in operating costs. 

The hood system VAPOSTOP makes PREMAX AUP far more comfortable to use, and also saves energy. The system integrated in the hood requires no additional installation to prevent hot steam escaping from the machine when you open it, thus improving your indoor climate and giving you substantial relief in everyday dishwashing. 

Combined with the hood that is closed and thermally insulated on all sides, hood system VAPOSTOP also ensures that only the amount of steam actually needed is extracted while keeping hot steam and heat energy inside the hood for further use, even when you open the machine – saving you around €820 per year. 

HOBART has set new standards in economics with the new VAPO RINSE ECO steam rinsing in the new PREMAX AUP series. VAPO RINSE ECO requires 1.6 l of fresh water only, using around 30% less water, detergent and rinse aid than previous models in the series. 

The PREMAX AUP series with the new steam rinse system saves around 60% in operating costs compared to ordinary machines. At five hours' average use per day, you can save up to €1,840 per year in operating costs. 

The optional heat recovery system E-SAVE gives you additional potential savings of up to €1,812 per year at five hours' average use per day.

 

PREMAX AUP with HOT-TEMP wash increases your rack capacity to give you a hygienically perfect wash result in extremely short time. The wash program POWER-PLUS and the new steam washing system help removing stubborn soiling and dried food residues without pre-cleaning, increasing detergent efficiency. The integrated cutlery wash programme gives you shining clean cutlery.
