HOBART's new convection steamer series CulinAiro fulfils even the highest demands when it comes to quality, reliability and variety. It produces constantly outstanding cooking results and stands out with great flexibility, simple operation and maximum safety. HOBART offers this all-rounder in various sizes in the CulinAiro basic and CulinAiro Pro versions.
One particular strength of the new convection steamer series by HOBART is its great flexibility. The five cooking methods of steaming, forced steaming, convection, convection steaming and low-temperature cooking facilitate the best possible preparation of many different dishes, all cooked to the point. The optional oven chamber frame also means that the CulinAiro can even take 600x400 mm Euronorm trays.
The extended version CulinAiro Pro also has the unique MAGIC BOX, which is not available anywhere else on the market. The MAGIC BOX adapts precisely to the corresponding requirements (e.g. frozen food) to guarantee constantly good results regardless of temperature and weather conditions, through exact humidity control at all times.
The SMARTRONIC basic control by HOBART permits manual definition of the cooking process without interim steps and in any sequence. Temperature and cooking time can be adjusted as required even during the cooking process. In addition, with the SMARTRONIC control of CulinAiro Pro, every manually adjusted cooking process can also be saved just by pressing a button after the end of the cooking process.
The CulinAiro always works constant and reliable. The heavy-duty impeller ensures optimum transfer of heat or humidity in the oven chamber, thus warranting uniform cooking results on all levels. If required, the core temperature probe monitors the food being cooked down to the very last degree. It can be connected with the electronic system on the outside and inserted in the oven chamber.
The CulinAiro is also convincing in terms of cleaning and handling. The fully automatic cleaning system with eight different programs allows for gleaming results simply by pressing a button without any manual workload. The program cycle is monitored electronically, with automatic reports of faults and interruptions. The inside of the chamber is quick and easy to clean, thanks to the smooth surface without any screws. The risk of scalding is prevented by the double glazed safety door that remains cool to the touch even when the oven is on.
