Successful premiere: the Offenburg-based warewashing manufacturer HOBART presented its new PREMAX and PROFI flight-type dishwashers at the trade fair Intergastra in Stuttgart. The generation 2014 of high-volume machines immediately catches the eye with its unique, elegant design and convinces with technical innovations to increase efficiency and simplify the operation of the machines.

The both world novelties twinLINE and AUTO-CLEAN have been of particular interest. ThetwinLINE technology significantly increases the machine’s capacity and optimises organisation processes. Cumbersome trays move on a separate conveyor at the same time as the usual wash ware, and they are automatically stacked in the outfeed area of the machine. This can save up to 30 percent more time compared to normal operation. Thanks to the innovative AUTO-CLEAN, the PREMAX FTPi and PROFI FTNi are the only flight-type dishwashers on the market that feature a real full self-cleaning.

In terms of efficiency and ecology the new HOBART flight-type dishwashers set standards for commercial warewashing. Generation 2014 uses up to 15 percent less fresh water compared to previous models. In this way HOBART is taking yet another step towards its vision of "Wash without Water".

HOBART has also been praised for its completely new designed booth. An open and modern surrounding provides a perfect stage for presentations and demonstrations of the innovative machines and gives the opportunity to discuss and share experiences in a confidential and pleasant atmosphere.

Many of the visitors made use of that on the Intergastra. So, HOBART could welcome a huge amount of gastronomes, hoteliers, cooks and planners from Germany and from abroad at its new booth. The high expertise of the visitors, who informed themselves about the new flight-type dishwashers and the other innovative products from HOBART, was particularly pleasing.
